I just got my shipment in and the monitor looks great physically, however, when I goto websites with a lot of colors or just a white background and a lot of black text, the monitor starts to make a pretty loud humming noise. For instance, when I am on my desktop, there is no noise at all, then when I visit www.hardocp.com the noise is there, then when I goto www.hot-deals.org the noise is even louder. When I close out the browser (Internet Explorer) the sound immediately stops.

I have my resolution set to 1600X1200 @ 75 hz and I have an ATI 9700 pro video card. I've set my screen to fit from corner to corner and edge to edge many times, then when I reboot my computer or turn it off, the screen is not alligned.

I installed the drivers that came with the CD also.
