So I bought an Antec 900 off a friend who try to mod the motherboard panel as his first modding project.

It didn't go so smooth and it pretty much needs a whole new motherboard panel since the old one is now twisted and wrapped. Dremel > Jigsaw

I try e-mailing Antec store seeing if they have a motherboard panel in their spare parts section. Well never got a response which I am not surprise. I was kinda expecting that.

Anyone got any idea at all where I can find a replacement motherboard panel? Or perhaps I should buy a cheap $20 rosewill case and try to gut it's panel out?

Or perhaps I could take this a step higher and buy a sheet or steel or aluminum and try to make my own motherboard panel. Mhmmm...

That's what I would recommend. It should be pretty easy to fabricate a simple motherboard tray out of sheet metal, as long as you measure everything properly and make sure to align the screw holes.

Yeah I agree, just buy a nice piece of steel, and replace the panel and rivet it into place.

I have a stripped down Antec 900 taking up space in my closet, it is the original model that had the clearance issues with the VGA port on video cards in the first slot. I could always drill out the rivits to the MB tray and ship it out to you for cost of shipping.

As far as I know the only differance was the rear panel to make room for the video cards. PM me if your interested.

Heres a Pic showing the differance.

I might take a few parts for $ if you're doing this... PM sent.

I have any Antec 900 spare case. Just upgraded to a Silverstone cause of dust issues. I will part it out if people are interested.

Ah I wish I came back and visit this thread.

Thanks Diablo2K and Z06 for the offers.

In the end I sold off the case on Craigslist for someone else to fix it. Didn't have the time to fix it anymore thanks to summer session classes.
