i want to know which hsf and fan is better for cooling and quiet this cpu?

Depends on what you want to do with it. For overclocking, the Scythe Ninja or Thermalright SI-128 will be best, however for silence you'd be better off with a Scythe Ninja or Arctic Cooling Freezer 64.

The Arctic Cooling Freezer 64pro? It's the best performance/quietness you can get for the money...I've seen it for as low as $16 shipped but it's a very high quality piece. The Scythe ninja/Infinity and Thermalright SI-128 are the top aircooling performers and you can also make them quiet without hurting performance too much. You're looking at 40-$60 for one of those however..
