S-Video or Composite?

I recently bought a VGA Converter Box that allows me to play my PS2 on my CRT. I really like it, but I'm thinking of upgrading my connection from the regular VGA that comes with the PS2 to S-Video or Composite (Y Cb Cr or whatever). The box has both, and so my question is this: will my picture quality be better with S-Video or Composite?
 
Ok... I think you have your terms confused.

S-video=the round connector with I think 4 pins on it
Conposite=one RCA jack (usually yellow)
Compnent=3 RCA jacks

If you mean what is better in terms of S-Video vs. composite then S-video is better. If you mean what is better in terms of Component, then Component is the better choice. Not sue how much of a difference you'll see in video games but i'm sure there would be a little bit of a boost.

This page looks like it gives an ok overview, at least gives you an idea what connectors go with what type of input.

composite = Okay
Svideo = Good
Component = Great

just a rough example to go by
