Running a bit hot... is this normal?

System secs are..

Asus A7N8X -E Deluxe
45w 2400+
512 Geil Golden Dragon pc3200
Speeze Falconrock HSF
Artic Silver 5
Huge Chieftec server case
Fortron 350w

Cpu is at 2.3 ghz right now (200x11.5) and was running at 45c while just surfing the net. Have done some priming at 2.2 and the system was stable for the length of the run, I think the temp was around 50c.

I'm giving the cpu 1.65 volts at the moment and the ram 2.7. I also did replace the 80mm fan on the HSF with a coolermaster neon, which only seems to run at speeds below 2400rpm. The cooler master was rated to push more air also.

Just wondering if my current temps are normal, with the cheaper HSF i'm using. System been up and running for about a week.

also my pc won't boot at 10x200 or 10.5x200 only 11 and above?
 
Those temps are fine. You really don't have to start worrying until you begin pushing 60+ C.
 
its all up to each person... over 45C for my cpus too hot for me... never gets there anymore after slk tho now its ~20C idle and ~25C full load im running stock 1.65 volts right now tho.. ill save overclocking for when i get 2600 mobile
 
The best approach to lower temps would be to try to improve airflow in the system, then get an SP-97 and a loud fan
