Disappointing that nobody has recommend a Cisco 3945 router and Aironet 3500e - because that's how you "do it right". As if they don't have $15k to spend. :)

But seriously now, if you want something you can probably pick up locally, I've had good luck with Netgear WNR2000 loaded with DD-WRT.
