I got one of those cheap $48 Rocketfish cases from BB and I saw the need to make 2 mods 2 it. For the 1st I took 3 of the 5.5 bay doors and drilled them full of holes and put another 120mm fan behind them to force some more air into the top half of the case...I'm gonna make a plate to divide the lower power supply/drive section from the Motherboard top half section, just like some of the higher end Lain li's.

The other big mod was to make the GPU fan exhaust straight out the side of the case instead making the air take the cramped 90 degree turn out the back. To do this I cut out a circle in the fan holder and then drilled a bunch of holes in a circle in the case side plate. I can't tell ya if these mods actually make any improvement in cooling as the case has never had anything in it yet. They certainly appear to make the case air flow more efficient.:):D

Hmm.

I'd improve the look of the side panel by turning it into a rectangular shape like the V1200. Or extend it, and cover it in mesh. Or just turn it rectangular, and cover it in mesh.
