Check the support on the PNY website :) or call customer support. Thats the surest way. Are you sending back your PNY 6800 Ultra?
 
Just go to their website and look it up. They'll probably ask for purchase date but not much else.

yes... those dang artifacts in cs:s and HL2.. my most commonly played games are getting these missing triangular polygons... i don't know why but it's annoying in maps de_dust and de_dust 2 and cs_italy are the most artifacted maps.. weird.. but i never see it on aztec..... something's up with the memory because when i run ati tool and its artifacts detect tool.. i get artifacts on stock speeds... and the artifacts in cs:s and HL2 are on stock speeds too... i tried lowering the memory down a bit.. (20mhz) and all the crap went away.. but i don't want to run 20mhz slower than waht i paid for...
