To whom did you purchase the card from cause if you got it from a retailer then you might be able to get them to exchange it. If it is an ATI card that is made by ATI then you must have not filled out the RMA request right.

Send them another email. Hands down your videocard is broken.

you could easily be off by one digit sometimes those numbers wear off or smear

I had to send a few emails, it wouldnt take mine for awhile either... Just make sure you read the right numbers off your card, typed it in right, and also read the help files on thier site about it.

Funny thing is I had the same kind of problem with my 9800XT . Parts or words were scambled missing, dots in games, lines, etc... They sent me a new one, that I just got back last Wed.

I believe you do... It was when I put in the whole thing was the time It worked I believe... Can't be positive though because when I got the new card I reformated so I lost the emails...

I looked up what model my ATi card is

It seems to be a OEM made for dell Pc's

Na the card has infetion memory chips on it so thats good.
