Alright Just a few quick questions:

I have 2 hardware items that arent working up to par and i was just wondering if i should RMA them...

First : BBA Radeon 9600pro. First off, this thing would never overclock very high so i just left it at the stock setting because i would lose stability at around 440ish on the core, and the memory did absolutly nothing. Recently in games like bf1942 and nfs:u it just crashes at random...

Second: Ram, i have the ram listed in my sig (geil golden dragon 3500) but it Will not do 3500 speeds. It MAXES at around 410. This is the second set of this ram i've had, the first one, one stick was DOA so i sent that back.

Also, i know im not gonna RMA my cpu but, it used to be able to do 3.3 rock stable but now it wont boot over 225 fsb...

Good things about RMA:
I will be doing this over midterms SO, it will prevent me from playing games instead of studying.
I will be getting hardware that WORKS rather than NOT working.

Bad things:
I will be on my old comp for approx 2 weeks.

I will be upgrading to a r420 when ever it comes out, or getting a 9800 for dirt cheap...

Now, whats neweggs RMA policy, i remember reading up to a year for defective hardware.

So, basicly since im out of the 30 day replacement period, i have to rma with manufacturer?

First off, what do you have to base your claims of non-functioning hardware on. Don't RMA because something does OC like you want it to. So, for the video card, since you OC'ed it, you have no right to RMA it. Random Crashes doesn't necessarily point to the Vid. As for the RAM, what timings are you running at? Maybe you are just trying to push it too hard. From the symptomes you describe, it could be any number of things ranging from CPU over heating to badly regulated PSU to driver conflicts. It's not fair to RMA every component in your sys bc sometimes it crashes.
