Okay...this is taking forever...I built a new pc and the first day I use it I have to RMA the video card (was hoping putting in new system would fix it and the older one was just the problem). I am reasonbly sure it was a flawed video card...blue and yellow spots in games and 2d applications...which ATI refers me they will probably just replace.
It was a Radeon 9800 PRO 128. Bought it retail in December 03...it may be as old as Oct 03. Which, I think, is too old to do that flash trick to an XT.
But do you think there is a chance, if they replace it, I will get a newer chipset that will be able to be OC'ed to an XT? Would certinately make me feel better about all this waiting.
