6 gpus but only 1 installed to check if it turns on.
Not powering on at all.

Same thing happened to my previous “new”set up so i got new parts and still no power. I must be doing something wrong. I know everything connected right tho maybe im not powering on correctly?
All the parts are brand new this time

the voltage meter plug in the wall shows there is like 2 wattage tho

both set ups did same thing right when psu was plugged in which was that fans on all gpus spun and died down soon after.
it only did it when i plug it in the wall for the first time, after that there is no sign of life at all in my rig.
What am i doing wrong?

So, all new components? Same rack? Same motherboard?

Maybe something is shorting out on the rack. Rack is metal?

Did you clear the CMOS? I would try that, boot it with 1 GPU, and then when it's working add the others. What motherboard model is it? Is there an iGPU for testing?
Also, double check your RAM. I think it might be in the wrong slot.

Check power switch continuity.
That's a really good point. The button could be back. Use a screwdriver to jump the pins or, use an old button, OR if you don't care about the button, cut it off, split back the wire sheathing and press the wires together.

I think we just got trolled 🤣

if not, be sure you put the power switch where it belongs OP.
