I'm running a raid 0 with striping and have 2 200 gig hard drives giving me one 400 gig paritition. Is there anyway in Windows XP Pro that I can cut that one large partition into a 10 gig and a 390 gig?

I know I can do it with third party tools, just wondered if there is anyway I can do it with Win XP Pro.

Or I have an image I made of my 5 gig before I did the raid, if I put that onto the 400 gig, then is there anyway in Win XP Pro to resize that 5 gig to a 10 gig?

Can it be done with disk managment?

I have XP Home so I don't know about XP Pro, but right click on 'My Computer' select 'Manage' and under 'Storage', select 'Disk Mangament', and see if you can do it from there. I have only changed the extended partitions from there so I don't know if you can do what you want to do from there.

See if Partion Magic( Though I think it is called something else now) has a demo you can download. Or try www.download.com and search for partition managers.
