Reserator + Intel i 750

Hi Guys,

i just got my new rig,and i whant to use my old Zalman Reserator 1+ to cool i5 750.
So i dont know if its going to overheat,or its enough ?.I have no plans to overclock,and
cpu block is Swiftech Apogee XT.
