Request help identifying a GPU block

Curious to know if the following is a specific kind of GPU block, or a mod by the builder(s):



I've seen this done on a couple of builds, where the inlets/outlets face outward, and like the adjustability it provides in creating interesting angles for the tubing.

It's not a block, its a terminal fitting.
