any way to replace a shuttle 240W PSU with something with more heft that will fit inside the case?
do any other PSUs exist in that form factor...
by the way its an sn95g5, with the stock 240W PSU...suggestions are much appreciated!

I think there is a 280 I read somewhere but your choices R few...I wonder why you ask to change it though hehe

i want a bit more power, cos im planning on 12V watercooling it, and so all extra power is great, seeing as its pretty power hungry already...
where might i find that 280?

You don't need to boost the power supply to do that type of watercooling. You need to do some research. You can watercool with the normal stock power supply with that model. It will work. A few of my co-workers have water cooling on that same shuttle box with no problems they use the watercooling to bring the temps down. Often they are on or in LAN Partys paling Far Cry, Doom 3, and a sleuth of games. Hope this helps. :p
