The time has come, I'm upgrading to a venice core setup for my gaming machine, which means I have to get rid of my BFG 6800GT AGP. I'm going to sell it to a friend of mine so he can play BF2 with us. He's probably gonna give me about $325 for it, which may be a little low, but that's ok with me.

So, I have a starting budget of $325, I could probably chip in a few bucks (up to say $375) or I could apply saving in other places in the system.

The question is, do I want a 6800GT again, or an X800XL? Also, does anyone have any favorite brands? Any to avoid?

thx for comments/questions/rants - much appreciation...

i highly recommend the evga 6800gt pci-e card. this is my second card from them. needless to say, i love it. it overclocks very nicely as well (results may vary - as always). i hear bfg is very good as well. i may make my next purchase from them.
