Replacement for ST32000641AS

Have been using the ST32000641AS in RAID 0 systems and now find that they are coming end of life. Anyone have a suggestion for a replacement drive?
 
Hitachi 7k3000. Although you may as well loose that raid0 and get a SSD for speed and a green drive for storage and a second green drive for backups.
