Replace 250W with 350W

I have an emachine that will not power up. We have determined that it is the power supply that is messed up so we're getting a new one. Me and my dad can't agree on this question however. The computer currently has a 250W power supply. We can pick up a 350W nearby. With the 350W work?
 
Pick up something quality and you'll do just fine. Not just the $5 350w job from a local shop.

But, it should.
