Removing drafts folder from outlook express, and registry cleaners??

How do you remove the drafts folder from outlook express? What is this folders purpose? You cant just right click and delete it. I tried deleting it from the folder on my hd that it is kept in but its still there. I couldnt find it in the registry to remove but its probably there. Any ideas?
Also what do you guys reccomend is a good registry cleaner to get rid of old files?
 
ttt? How do you remove this folder? Anyone suggest a registry cleaner to get rid of dead entries?
