Remove folders from share without permissions?

I have an issue where I need to remove a folder (which happens to be a backup of a linux server which i do not have access to) from a terastation which is mounted on a windows server.

There are NTFS permissions but for the linux users, so Administrator on the windows box cannot alter anything.

Terastation does not have an option to remove folders within its web page.

Any solutions?
 
Would it be possible with a non-local disk, and administrator group permissions?

I can give it a go tomorrow!

Any other ideas?
