I have Vista Ultimate x64bit. I recently uninstalled a program, and the program is gone, but in my Add/Remove programs window it still has the program entry. I would like to remove it. Is there a program that can do this?

I would try using CCleaner to get rid of any registry keys that may still be lingering.

CCleaner gives me an error. It says "Cannot delete MSI installer"

I just googled the error. I had to download the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility. That fixed the problem.

Have you tried uninstalling it again? Then if Windows can't find the installer, it should ask if you want to remove the entry from the list.

The Add/Remove Programs utility is populated by the registry keys found in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall.
