Was wondering if anyone had any experience using these (iYogi, support.com, cleanmachine)?

I'm frustrated with having to fix every computer problem that any family member has and using my weekends to do it, so i've been looking into just telling them to buy a years worth of remote tech support. I was just wondering if you all had any input on this? Any recommends on who i should use, etc.

I've had people use My Computer Works, fast response times and dirt cheap for what they do. Im even thinking about singing up some of my family so that I dont have to deal with them... all out of love of course.
