remote mass system imaging plus remote bios/UEFI configuration

Hopefully this is the right forum for this.
We will receive over 500 identical systems and need to get them prepped and shipped back out ASAP. We know about PXE, but we also need a way to remotely configure the UEFI.

here's the steps we are looking for.
1. power on and boot to remote installation server
2. download and install a preconfigured setting for the UEFI.
3. download and boot from an image file for the system.

at this point, our image installer will take over.

Any suggestions on how to do this or if it is even possible?
