Ok i know theres kentsfield thats coming out and yorksfield? and clovertown

whats the difference please.
 
While Kentsfield is a multi-chip module (MCM), i.e. two dice in a single package, the follow up processor ought to be a single die with four cores. Also the cache amount is rumored to change.
