is the warranty really 180 days? i bought another refurbished seagate drive a long time ago (about 2 years) and it was a 400gb sata 7200.8, advertised as 90 days warranty. running the serial and # at seagates support site returned a 5 year warranty date. would the same thing happen in this case??

i just want the speed for my laptop . and yes, that original 400gb drive is still working!
