i would have said it would be fine, but it doesn't seem there are intake vents on the front of the case, so you probably should turn it round, or else the innards of the psu won't get any airflow. you probably aren't going to be taxing the system very much, but if you do, that psu is going to get hot.
 
Very interesting read through this tread, I recently bought a shuttle xpc to setup as a windows 98 gaming PC with a lot of the same thoughts that went into this build. The end result is very nice looking, good job!
