Refresh Rate locking software?

I'm in the curious position of running dual monitors on XP and trying to get my Refresh rate locked at two different settings. One for my LCD and one for my CRT. The LCD needs to be run at 75hz and the CRT at 85hz, now when I use MultiRes to do this, it can only refresh rate lock to one of them. Right now it just keeps doing 75hz. Is there any sort of smart Dual monitor and refresh rate locking software?

I can’t think of a software solution off hand. I have however fixed that problem for a customer. Two video cards; One AGP one PCI. Worked like a champ.
