reducing subwoofer effects on desk

Thanks for the link. Looks like these have gotten great reviews, will look into them.
 
Yikes, get that subwoofer out of that cabinet, it's like putting a speaker box into another speaker box.

Auralex products are meant to decouple the subwoofer from the floor, and will not help much in your case because your problem is that your sub is in another cabinet.

The vibration mostly comes from the low frequencies, and not so much from the sub vibrating.
