found the answer, 800mhz ram is good up to 1600FSB

But the ram is rated to run up to 1000mhz. So in theory I could go up to a max of 2000FSB?

So I should get a lot of overclock room with the ram?
 
If the chip is good enough in theory you could get it upto 4.75GHz running your memory at stock.

9.5 x 500 = 4750
