Red Hat enterprise software raid 1

Does anyone have experience with setting up a raid level one software array with red hat enterprise? I'm looking at making the switch to this system, but don't have experience with this type of setup. If anyone knows the steps involved, or could point me in the right direction that'd be great. I don't have physical access to the box, so everything would have to be done remotely. Thanks for the help....
