Recommended Web/E-Mail/Exchange Providers?

My father's company is looking into changing their web host/domain/e-mail/MS Exchange provider, as their current host, 1&1 Internet, has given them so many problems, especially with their support, and erratic Exchange hosting. I'm wondering if anyone here knows of any excellent, recommended hosts.

They are looking to get the following:

* 10 GB+ web hosting.
* 50+ E-Mail hosted accounts, POP/IMAP.
* MS Exchange hosting, 10+ accounts.
* Service/support : Must be able to respond & resolve problems quickly (they hate 1&1 because of their (lack of?) service.)
* Uptime: Must be stable.

Another question is since they would be transferring their domain from 1&1 to the new host, how long does it typically take for the domain transfer to complete?

May want to break it up, find a web host....and find a mail host.
Web host..there's a kajillion of decent ones.

Mail hosts that I've fond of..
Intermedia.Net is a big mail host that focuses on hosted Exchange
Appriver.Net is a great mail host, SMTP smart hosting, filtering. Pricey..but danged good...you get what you pay for.
MXlogic is another one similar to Appriver, a little less costly.

We've been through a couple of hosted Exchange providers previously, bloody nightmares. Now we're on Rackspace's hosted MS Exchange 07 + BES service and it's been outstanding with no issues thus far. Check em out
