Recommended Power Supply

I currently have an Enermax 465P-VE / 431Watt PSU (if this will work for the following system, then I will use it for now and get a new PSU later when money is not so tight)

I am upgrading my PC and after my upgrade will be running the following.

MSI K9A Platinum Motherboard(onboard LAN, Audio etc.)
AMD Athlon 64 4800+ AM2
Radeon X1950Pro PCI-e Video (plan to eventually get another and run Crossfire)
Adaptec SCSI PCI card
2 - Fujitsu SCSI Hard drives 73gb and 36gb for OS and programs
2 - IDE HDD's for storage and video editing Maxtor 120gb and Maxtor 40gb respectively.
1 - 16X Liteon DVD/RW
1 - SCSI Tape drive
1 - Standard Floppy drive(may not use it)
1 - External WD 320 GB USB HDD

I have firewire and will use this occasional for capturing video from my video camera.
I'll also occasionally be running a few other USB devices, printers/jumpdrive etc.

I am looking at this Power supply at the moment, but I would like other options.

I think the PSU you have now will work just fine.

The PC Power PS you are looking at is one of the best made. It's the PS of the year on some sites. I have one and it is very quiet and will handle about anything you will likely ever need. Good future proof PS, in MHO.

The Crossfire model doesn't mean anything, it is just painted RED. Same as the other Quad 750s which you can sometimes find cheaper in black.
