Yea dont worry having your data on your root aggr wont cause you any immediate issue, its recommend not to use aggr0 as it can cause some performance issues just check out your disk load using "statit -b/-e" if you experience an issue. In cluster mode it wont let you do it.
Generally ensuring alignment is correct and spacing out your snapvaults, snapmirrors, deduplication schedule will reduce any impact and keep your performance up.
