Recommendations for a RAID card please

I'm looking for some recommendations for a PCI RAID card from those in the know. It doesn't need to be anything fancy just functional. Its going in a pretty low powered server that I use for simple file storage.

Sorry, IDE for RAID 1. I have a couple of new but slow 5400 RPM IDE drives.
 
I'd like to spend as little as possible that will get me something stable. Like I said the machine is pretty underpowered so I'd rather not spend a lot of money on it.
