Once I get a job here sometime, I may be looking for a new powersupply for my build from the pc wishlist I will be finilizing on newegg..

It will contain at least:

ASUS A8N32-SLIDeluxe / A8N-SLI Premium
3500+ OCed
2gb Ram
2 DVDRW's
3 HDs 74gb Raptor, 2x 250gb+ Storage on Raid 1
7800gt or 6800gt OCed ; later in SLI
XFI Sound w/ front
TV Tuner possibly
couple mixture of 80/120mm's

I may add another hard drive, or have some new technology, so keep in mind some headroom

I am looking for a most close to silent PSU as I can get, and dont want to be bothered with extra noise under heavy load as much as possible... I heard those seasonics are good, but not totally sure what is reccommended;
Thanks guys !

Dave.

ooh..my 350w is serving me well now :D

You heard right -- The Seasonic S12 series is right up your alley. Minimal noise and lots of headroom for upgrading... you might want to consider the S12-600.
