Apparently I won a DigiDice form Excaliberpc. My comp now is an AMD but now I guess I'll try intel, wut chip would u recommend I went to newegg and saw the 2.4C for $160 but the 2.6C is $175 any advantage buying a 2.6C??

2.4C's overclock better with right hardware. Pretty much 3.0 ghz or more.

Can't go wrong with either one. Personally if it was me that close in price I'd go for the faster of the two. Or wait 2 weeks and prices will plummet.

"Intel will offer 3GHz Pentium 4, Prescott core processors in early February for only $175, making these chips highly competitive with AMD's own bang for the buck chips"

Just be sure to that info with a big dose of salt, since it's coming from the INQ
