Recommend a fan controller (2 fans)

I need something to control 2 120mm fans inside an antec sonata. At 12v they are too loud, and at 5v they push little to no air (but are very quiet). I need the controller to be able to fit inside the case well enough so that the door on my case will still shut. The fans have 4 pin molex and also 3 pin connecters fyi. Would like to keep it relatively cheap - preferably black.

check out the Sunbeam Rheobus, they should both be the same dimensions. Its much cheaper in price.
