Recognizing POST?

I just built my new system. It was my first time. How do I know what the POST is?

I've gotten to the screen where it says, "CPU clock 1833 mhz, 256 RAM 333mhz, etc..." is this the POST?

yeah thats the post screen.. but im not sure if others will consider the ram count part of the post (i know people rarely have the ram count but still).
 
thanks a lot! I don't really know if the RAM count was on there, I was trying to remember what all it said. All I need is an OS and I'm good to go, right?
