reccomendations for a cheap UPS?

After losing my psu to a power-outage, do you reccommend any good backups? I am mainly looking for a cheap one. Infact, I just want it for hardware reasons, not necessarily software. Meaning.... I find my hardware more important than my data. (I have system restore software, and I save my document files often)

Do I really need This much? Seems really good, but costs more than I'd want.
