I am going to be building a system this summer. The specs are like this:
Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600.
SLI (2) eVGA 8800GTX's
2GB of DDR2-800 RAM
3 Swiftech MCP-655 pumps
9 120mm fans (I was thinking Silverstone F121's, but, that would be 65 dbA coming from my system...)
eVGA 680i SLI Motherboard

If I forgot anything, tell me, and I will list it.

How many watts do you think I would need?
I am thinking around 750.
I used the power supply calculator, and it said around 830, but I think that is a little too much?
If I need more, I guess I can buy up to a 1000 watt.

If so, what would be the best choice in that region?
PC Power and Cooling?
Silverstone?
Thermaltake?
