Reboots - CPU or RAM?

Just started OC'ing a new Q6600 to 3.0 on air. Still have both my voltages fairly low on the MB's scale. Didn't run any tests, started a game up and got about 20-min in and suddenly a hard reboot, no warning. Are these typically CPU voltage or RAM voltage related?

Another factor that must be considered is heat. What are your temps (CPU, NB, PWM) like? What cooling measures are you using? System specs?

I'd recommend starting from scratch and doing the proper testing on the O/C so you narrow it down right off the bat. Did you check your stability/temps before you started playing the game?

Didn't do stability checks, no patience! I went with a safe OC from all the info I've read and started at the lower end of voltages. I cranked both up a few notches and it seems stable now. May do the testing to confirm. Only checked uGuru temps at around 30-31 idle. Here's specs

Q6600 CPU (9x333)
Abit IP35 PRo
4-gig A-Data extreme (44412 2T)
Thermalright Ultra 120-extreme
XFX 8800 GTS 320mb
XP Pro

CPUv 1.3075 (uGuru shows it fluctuating from 1.16 to 1.26? I've got C1E and Speedstep disabled)
DDR2 2.0v

Forgot my case model but it's well ventilated. I'd always heard that certain types of crashes are indications of where to boost voltage, like Non-Paged Fault is usually RAM.
