Hello. I run a piano keyboard (Yamaha) into the Line In on my soundcard, and run a microphone into my PC as well. I have a SoundBlaster Live, and the mixer lets me enable reverb, etc, realtime, which is cool.

My question is, are there other tools I can download that I can use to add real-time effects to the stuff coming in through the soundcard? like multi-tap echo, etc? Is there a way to add these effects to just the stuff coming in through the Mic port, or does it just effect all of them the same?

I know on my Audigy 2 ZS there are alsorts of programmable effects you can put on any input you want. And you can do your own as well. You get to it through the eax console. Dont know if it would be there on your particular version, but it certainly is on my housemates Audigy 2 Platinum Pro (the one with the external box thingy). You could try the newest drivers from creative, or i belive there are some hacked ones around that get the new drivers to work on the older cards, but i dont know how much mileage youd get out of that.
