Really need help with cpu voltage.

Just finished building a 7960x on a asrock x299 xe (bios 1.5) and in the bios I saw under ¨¨cpu voltage¨¨ that it was jumping between 1.7 and 1.800.I haven installed windows or anything at this point and I know nothing about overclocking, but if I'm not mistaking, those numbers are dangerous and I decided to shut down the pc until someone can verify if this is normal or not.
A nh-d15 is mounted on the cpu.
 
BIOS voltage readings are notoriously inaccurate.

That being said, your processor has an integrated voltage regulator that needs 1.5-1.8v from the motherboard. You're safe.
