I just swapped out a ga-8knxp for an abit IC-7Max3.... Everything went well... my prblem is this! setting the FSB to 250 w/vcore at 1.65, dimm@ 2.8, and agp set@ 1.6. I can load memtest and run at 250 FSB for hours w/no errors 1:1, but the sytem will not boot into windows...

Going up on dimm voltage wont help xms4000pro....3-8-4-4. and the sytem wont boot at all 5:4....

Any suggestions? I didn't know how far I good go on the Vcore. I'm running EXOS cooling and temps are at 42c full load...

Vcore to 1.6250
VDimm to 2.8
NBSTRAP to "By CPU"
Manually set the ram timings to 3-4-4-8
and then give it a go...
 
those are the current settings in the bios. and I have been as high as 1.65...

Everything runs fine during memtest. I just can't get it to boot into windows...

anymore help? How high can I safely go on Vcore? w/out S.N.D.S. happening....
