Re-using old pump

So I'm thinking of putting the 4870 in my second rig under water, since I have all the necessary parts lying around. Trouble is that my spare pump is a Hydor L20 from my first watercooling setup which has quick-release fittings for 10mm OD tubing (it came from an Asetek Waterchill kit). These need to be changed to 1/2" barbs but I'm having trouble finding out which are compatible (thread type is not mentioned). Any ideas?
