Re-create using cli64?

Does anyone know the exact steps for doing a raid set delete/re-create with no-init option using cli64 ? I can't see the option listed in either the rsf create (or in the vsf create).

For the record, I have a "failed" RAID5 which happened when I unplugged the array without 'offlining' it first. The disks have not been changed in their physical order. So hopefully this will work. There are 12 disks and all were/need to become members of the recreated array.

These are WDC WD6000BLHX-01V7BV0 SATA disks in a SansDigital AS224X JBOD (built-in SAS expander). the card is an Areca 1882 that was private-labeled by SansDigital. (I've included the tail of the log, it probably won't be very useful since this isn't the Areca card used to create the raid volume, nor is it the one that was involved with the reckless unplug event that cause the problem)
