Raptor Raid 0 Problems

I have dual raptors in raid0, and there are some irregularities coming up.

1. No matter how much I defrag my OS partition, windows still says: "should defrag"

2. Sometimes some programs don't seem to load correctly at start-up. When I run chkdsk in the cmd prompt, strange errors come up:

disk error.jpg

But the stranger thing is, when I run chkdsk multiple times immediately after each other, sometimes no errors are detected. and when chkdsk is run after restarting, it never finds the errors.

3. I have a folder that I simply cannot delete, even with "del" in cmd prompt. windows says it fails to read from source or disk.

4. The level load times for some games (UT2k4) seems really slow, like slower than friends' 7.2k rpm drives...but in Atto HDD Bench, im still getting also 80mb/s read and 90mb/s write

All of these are small little quirks that don't really affect overall performance. But I was just wondering...if this is an indication of impending doom.

Any help would be appreciated.
