Would this be suffient for running/loading/booting/using my programs and be faster then a 7200 hard drive? Is it worth the money for using a raptor then having a bigger hard drive to store files?
 
I love my raptors, you might as well shell out for the 2nd gen, 74 gig drives instead though, slightly faster and much larger. Nothing wrong with having a storage drive at all, go for it.
