I'm stress testing randomly w/ prime on the one w/ the most extreme temps and the other day I ran up to a 70C but yet right now I'm running a 52C constant w/ WMP IE and AIM open currently... I just can't undersatnd it... just puttin it out there...

52C at night and how hot was it when you were doing the other temp? All temps are closely tied to ambient temps as you can not get below ambient.

52-70 is imposible with a normal ambient temp change. If you incresse the ambient temp by 5C you will get 5C higher cpu temp. So unless there was 18 degrees higher room temp between tests there is something else that have changed.

All temps are closely tied to ambient temps as you can not get below ambient.
eeh, TN did you think of fahrenheit?? because 52C is not close to room temp.
